1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on makrestana.shop are processed, inspected, and packed within 1 business day (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

We proudly offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on every order shipped within the United States via FedEx or UPS. There are no surprise handling charges–the total displayed at checkout is the exact amount you pay.

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

As soon as your package is handed to FedEx or UPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct carrier tracking link. You can also track your shipment anytime on our Order Status page. Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scans to populate.

4. Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please verify your shipping street address and ZIP code before completing checkout. Because FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to certain P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical street address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, our team will contact you promptly to arrange re-shipment.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

While over 98% of orders arrive within 3-8 business days, severe weather or peak seasonal carrier volume can occasionally cause delays.
