We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to update product stock at any time prior to order acceptance.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

When you submit an order at checkout, you receive an automated email receipt confirming we received your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to shipment in cases of suspected fraud, unverifiable billing information, pricing errors, or unexpected stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, a 100% full refund is issued immediately to your original payment method.

4. Payment & Billing

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting payment details, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Chris Breault LLC (via our secure payment processor) to charge the full order total displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

All U.S. orders receive Free Standard Shipping via FedEx or UPS. Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday) and delivered within 2-7 business days (3-8 business days total). Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, and we provide free replacements or full refunds for defective or damaged products. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy and Warranty & Replacement Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chris Breault LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of any gardening tool or website interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product in question.
