Return Policy Overview

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. To qualify for a full refund, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email Us: Send an email to contact@makrestana.shop (or call +1 (928) 405-4256) with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
2. Receive Authorization: Within 24 hours, our support team will reply with return instructions (and a prepaid return shipping label if your item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect).
3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our Chicago facility at 5337 North Nagle Avenue, Chicago, IL 60630, United States and share the tracking number with us.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your garden tool arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will cover 100% of return costs and immediately ship a free replacement or issue a full refund–whichever you prefer.

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will email you a refund confirmation. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank’s posting schedule.
