2. What Is Covered

• Manufacturing defects in stainless steel, carbon steel, manganese steel, cast aluminum, ash wood handles, or fiberglass composite bodies.
• Tools that arrive bent, cracked, broken, or missing components out of the box.
• Incorrect items shipped due to a fulfillment error.

3. What Is Not Covered

• Normal cosmetic wear, surface scratches, or natural wood grain aging from routine soil use.
• Damage caused by improper use (such as using a hand trowel as a pry bar on concrete or masonry), accidents, or neglect.
• Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.

4. How to Request a Free Replacement

1. Email contact@makrestana.shop with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
2. Attach 1-2 clear photos showing the defect or damage.
3. Our support team will review your claim within 24 hours and dispatch a brand-new replacement via Free FedEx/UPS shipping or issue a full refund–in most defect cases, you won’t even need to ship the damaged item back.
